Your order will be shipped the day after received, unless you specify a later delivery date in the order notes.
For orders over $500, or orders that include hospitality bags, please allow 48 hours for order to ship due to the time-intensive nature of these orders.
Most orders are received within 2 to 5 business days upon shipment, however we are located in Seattle, WA, so:
P.O. Boxes:We cannot accept responsibility for any packages shipped to a PO Box via UPS. Delivery to PO Box addresses is at the discretion of UPS, and may be in conflict with their service terms in the delivery area. Please adjust your shipping address to a non-PO box address, or contact UPS to confirm their service in your area.

Please choose a quicker shipping option (such as UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air) if you need your order to arrive sooner than this.
Our popcorn is bakery fresh and perishable and contains no artificial preservatives, therefore has about a 2 to 3 week optimal shelf life, so for holiday orders please give this consideration. Specify a December shipping date for Holiday orders intended to be opened at Christmas. If you order popcorn for delayed delivery, it will not be popped until the day it ships to ensure optimal freshness.
APO and PO Box addresses: Shipping is unfortunately not available at this time.
Bulk Orders: We do not pop your popcorn until you order it! For this reason, orders over $500 may require up to 2 business days to process. Please do not hesitate to place your order in advance and specify your preferred ship date in the order notes.
International Orders: Shipping outside the US is available to most destinations. You can process your order through our normal checkout process. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that international shipping costs can be significantly higher than domestic rates. *Due to the unpredictability of the customs process, we cannot guarantee delivery dates to international locations.*
It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. If there is obvious damage, please call the shipping company (UPS) as soon as possible to submit a damage report. If you do need to return the products, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sometimes our chocolate popcorn and shipping don't get along so well. For orders with chocolate coated popcorn, please be advised we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt in transit during hotter summer months. If you are concerned about potential melting, we recommend ordering your items with 2 day shipping to reduce the amount of time your package spends in a hot truck. Unfortunately, even then we cannot guarantee that the chocolate will not melt during shipment.
