  The little sister to our downtown location, the Ballard store is in the heart of Old Ballard on Market Street. Many of the employees (as well as our management staff) grew up or live in Ballard.   A while back a fundraising flyer caught our eye. It read, “You get to keep 20% of the proceeds!”, as though that was a generous amount. Surprisingly, this is what we see over and over again; fundraisers only get 10-20% of the sales and the company keeps the rest. So we decided to launch a fundraising program that actually helps community groups earn more money for their cause. We understand the value of time, and the less time it takes a group to reach their monetary goals the more they can focus on what matters- their cause!         There’s something about the Pike Place neighborhood. From the tourists at Pike Place Market, to the business men heading to work, to the shoppers at Westlake Center, we see every variety of person come through our store in a given day. This area is a hot spot for unique and iconic Seattle businesses like Seattle Coffee Works and Starbucks, Rocky Mountain Chocolates, or the Tea and Crumpet Shop.
