This delectable flavor comes at just the right time as sunny days begin to poke their heads through the rainy ones and we start to make that final transition into Seattle spring weather.  Our chefs infuse our Classic Caramel recipe with both amaretto and almond extract, before mixing in whole almonds and popcorn, to create the perfect balance of amaretto and almond. Indo-Curry, an Indian curry perfectly blended with popcorn for a curry crunch. This uniquely exotic flavor entices with its richly spiced, savory blend, bringing a mixture of eastern spices including turmeric, fenugreek, coriander, cinnamon and ginger, among other spices, together atop the most delicious popcorn.   Being longtime Seattlites, all of us at KuKuRuZa were very excited for the Seahawks to be heading to the Big Game on February 2nd! We all gathered around our TV watching the game and cheering on the Hawks. Oh, and eating popcorn. As a company, there wasn't much we could do much to help them win the game except help the fans cheer louder and longer than ever. So, with that in mind, we did what we could to get the #12thman pumped up with the snacks needed to power such strong #TeamSpirit.  Introducing: Beast Corn!     At last they’re here! As fall quietly descends on us, the leaves begin to turn, and the winter chill sets in, what is more comforting than a steaming glass of Peppermint Cocoa or Brandied Eggnog?  These cold winter days are what inspired us to create our two Holiday specialty flavors, Peppermint Cocoa and Eggnog Brandy. At first they began as a fun way to step into the season – an experiment, if you will – but after sampling them in our store, and receiving so much positive feedback, we kept improving the flavor and style, and now it’s a quintessential part of our Holiday experience.
